Our Mission
Our mission is to assist women in starting and developing organizations with a social cause and mission to improve the lives of others. We are open to new and emerging organizations with or without their 501c3 nonprofit status.

INCUbator & Consulting Program
Consulting- $100/session pay as you go
One (1) hour long individual mentor session to help you complete your strategic plans.
A one-page feedback assessment of your finalized strategic plan.
Lifetime community access via private Whatsapp/Facebook group to share new funding opportunities, challenges, support, and resources.
Consulting Package- $350 for 4 sessions pay upfront, go at your own pace
Four (4) hour long individual mentor session to help you complete your strategic & fundraising plans.
A one-page feedback assessment of your finalized strategic plan.
One (1) personal connection with an influencer/leader in your sector.
Lifetime community access via private Whatsapp/Facebook group to share new funding opportunities, challenges, support, and resources.
Incubator Program- $275/mo 3 mo min, go at your own pace
Three (3) online workshops part of our 3-month incubator program including topics on Strategic Planning, Fundraising & Grant Writing, Funding Models, Governance, Marketing. Available for you to go at your own pace.
Two (2) hour long individual mentor sessions to help you complete your strategic & development plans.
Two (2) 30 minute follow-up calls with our team to discuss actionable next steps.
A one-page feedback assessment of your finalized strategic plan.
Prospect list of foundation grants, specially identified for your organization including sample applications.
One (1) personal connection with influencer/leader in your sector.
Lifetime community access via private Whatsapp/Facebook group to share new funding opportunities, challenges, support, and resources.
Advice with your application to become a 501(c)3 organization with the IRS.
About the application process
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. After receiving your application, we will book a free 30 minute consultation with you within one week. We accept organizations and individuals based on their fit for the program and space availability.
If more than one member of your organization wants to participate in the Incubator program, each participating team member needs to complete an application.
Payment installment plans are provided.
Additional Offerings to be Added-On to either of the above levels and offered after the 3 month program has been completed:
Additional trainings and workshops tailored to your needs (price varies).
Fiscal sponsorship from sister 501c3 nonprofit Girls Leading Girls at 7% of revenue plus $300 one-time setup fee. Limited sponsorships available each year.

Brianna “Bre” Russell
About the Creator- Brianna Russell is a serial social entrepreneur full of ideas and a lifetime of journals. Her first business was running a house painting gig at age 20. After learning that painting houses was not her passion but entrepreneurship was her calling, she went to Vanuatu in the South Pacific for two years as a Peace Corps volunteer. There she and another volunteer started a community income generating project for the women in their village called A Basket for Change. Upon returning and finishing her M.A. in International Studies, there she became an adjunct professor shortly after graduating. She also worked in a leadership role for the nonprofits: Mama Hope, Boys & Girls Club, and Viviendasleon. She is the Founder and CEO of the nonprofit Girls Leading Girls. Additionally, she sits on the Youth Leadership Team for The Pollination Project Foundation. Today, she is inspired by the good company of women sharing their wisdom as social change warriors!
