This weeks top 5 things worth sharing are…

This weeks top 5…

By Bre Russell

  1. Show: The Politician on Netflix…fun take on the campaigning side of politics as well as authenticity and finding your true identity as a leader. Quirky, smart dialogue, witty, about more than just politics. Includes Bette Midler and some amazing musical excerpts.

  2. Book: Outrageous Openness by Tosha Silver with my favorite quote, “When you no longer need anything, you can have everything. And when you stop trying to make things happen, anything can.”

  3. Journaling: Steal Like an Artist journal prompts that included my favorite so far- ask someone to coffee and write down everything you remember from the conversation.

  4. Podcast: Zig Zag by Stable Genius Productions and host Manoush Zomorodi. Favorite episode, The Life Cycle of an Idea- season 3 episode 1.

  5. Concept: Daily rituals help reset the mind and body. I came up with 3 rituals to do every morning, afternoon, and evening to signal to my self that it’s time for a switch in activity.
