As a certified business advisors with multiple exits, we offer a guided process for entrepreneurs in planning and executing on their desired exit and increasing their enterprise value.
Through this program, you will be empowered with a complete step-by-step system for building the foundational pieces necessary to scale and grow your business without burning out, alongside an incredible group of 6-12 other women entrepreneurs in the same phase as you are! Monthly virtual meetings, peer to peer elevation, learning modules, guest speakers, library of resources, dashboard, and office hours.
Using frameworks from EOS and ICF certifications- we provide 1:1 executive leadership coaching for team members in leadership roles needing support in their development and growth within the company.
Quarterly in person meet ups, retreats, workshops as well as monthly trainings and webinars. Available for customized team and company trainings, retreats, or workshops as a co-planner and/or facilitator.
