Mom-preneurs Hit The Target at Wing & Barrel Ranch
There’s something powerful about bringing the right women into the same room. Women (did we mention these women are also moms?) who are building, dreaming, leading, and redefining what entrepreneurship looks like today. At FemThrive, we believe deeply in the magic of curated connection. With the help of FemThrive client, Olia Rosenblatt, CEO of MISHKA, our recent gathering at the stunning Wing & Barrel Ranch was a beautiful reminder of what happens when that magic is intentionally nurtured.
Nestled in the heart of Sonoma, Wing & Barrel Ranch offered offered the perfect blend of calm and energy. The landscape itself encouraged everyone to slow down, settle in, and be fully present with one another. From the moment the group arrived, the atmosphere felt open and welcoming.
One of the highlights of the day was stepping onto the range for a skeet‑shooting experience. For many, it was a first. For others, a chance to reconnect with their masculine energy surrounded by the feminine divine.
After the range, we gathered around a table for a luscious meal that showcased the ranch’s warm hospitality. The food was thoughtful and delicious, but what made it memorable were the conversations that unfolded around it. Stories about building businesses, balancing entrepreneurship and motherhood, lessons learned the hard way, and ideas sparking in real time. Most importantly, moments of recognition. Those nods and smiles that say, “I’ve been there too”. These types of conversations only happens when people feel comfortable, seen, and unhurried.
It’s the women that make these events so special. Each person brought her own perspective, her own expertise, and her own energy. And because the group was intentionally intimate, everyone had the chance to truly connect. By the end of the day, new relationships had formed. Collaborations were already being discussed.
This event was a reminder of what happens when women entrepreneurs are given space to connect in meaningful ways. At FemThrive, we’re committed to curating more of these moments and building an eco-system that supports women entrepreneurs to thrive.
There’s so much more ahead, and we can’t wait to bring more women into our collective.
