“The value is unreal…”

We don't take testimonials lightly.

When a member takes the time to put into words what the Collective means to her in her own voice, with that kind of specificity; we stop and pay attention. Because she said something we have been trying to articulate since we built this thing, and she said it better than we could.

Here it is:

“What I love most about the newly launched FemThrive Collective is the connection it naturally cultivates. The events are thoughtful, curated, fun, and genuinely novel. And the relationships are real. This isn't a string of one-off events with new faces every time. I see the same women, and we build on it. That's community.”

Collective Quote

“And Bre and Meredith? The real deal. They make every woman feel welcomed, supported, and seen. Their energy is contagious. It's not a networking group. It's not a moms' group. It's something better. If you're a high-achieving woman looking to connect with like-hearted women over wellness and ambition, this is your place."

-Kristel Acacio, Founding Member of the Femthrive Collective, Founder & Executive Coach of Reverie Coaching

We want to break this down. Because buried in that paragraph is everything we believe about what community should be, and almost never is.

On the value question

The Pilates comparison stopped us in our tracks because she is exactly right.

A drop-in Pilates class in the Bay Area runs $35–$45. One class. One hour. You leave feeling great and you probably don't know the name of the person on the reformer next to you.

The FemThrive Collective is $39 a month.

For that you get:

Every monthly in-person wellness and connection event is free. So far that has meant Pilates & Pinot at a private studio, Float & Flourish at Rolling Hills Bay Club with: pickleball, Trecini Wine tasting, charcuterie by Bay Area Celebrations, and a life reflection activity poolside.

The Collective Grow & Gather: our monthly virtual gathering on the third Thursday of every month, 12:00–12:40 PM. Forty minutes of themed conversation that goes somewhere real: Financial Freedom, Personal Leadership, Building Your Own Legacy, Energy Management, Your Personal Board of Directors. Not a webinar. Not a panel. A room. With real questions and real answers and women who are actually listening.

Curated 1:1 virtual coffee connections: every single month, personally matched based on your industry, your goals, and what you're working on right now. Not an algorithm. A human who knows you and knows the community.

Free resources, guides, and tools: including workbooks, frameworks, funding announcements, job and gig opportunities, and exclusive access to Femthrive’s entrepreneur resource library. Like our New Hire Onboarding Workbook. Things founders would normally pay hundreds of dollars for, dropped into the app for members regularly.

Member spotlights, organic referrals, and a community feed that actually feels good to open.

All of it. For $39 a month.

She is right. The value is almost embarrassing.

On the difference between an event and a community

This is the one that matters most to us.

The Bay Area is full of women's events. Breakfasts and brunches, networking happy hours- where you meet fifteen people in ninety minutes, collect business cards, follow each other on Instagram, and never speak again. We have both been to hundreds of them. We know exactly what they feel like.

The FemThrive Collective is not that.

Every member is personally referred and application-approved. You don't find us through a search engine or a Facebook ad. You find us through a woman who knows you and believes you belong here. That referral gate is the reason you see the same faces. It is the reason the conversations go somewhere. It is the reason what our member described as "building on our relationship every time" is possible at all.

You cannot build a relationship at a one-off event with a rotating cast. You build it over time, in the same room, with the same people, through the accumulation of small moments: the poolside conversation that surprised you, the 1:1 coffee that went an hour longer than planned, the Circle post where someone asked a question you were afraid to ask and seven women answered it.

That is the community. And that is why members stay.

Bre & Meredith

On Bre and Meredith being "the real deal"

We are going to be honest this is the part of the review that made us tear up a little.

"They make every woman feel welcomed, supported, and seen. Their energy is contagious."

We work hard at this. Harder than people probably realize. Every event is designed not just logistically, but emotionally. The thoughtful introduction activity, the Life reflection in small groups leading conversations to go somewhere real. The member spotlights where we put a woman's business in front of the whole room and let her be seen. The closing circle where everyone gets to share and raise their vibration.

None of it is accidental. All of it is intentional. Because we believe that how you open a room and how you close it, is the difference between a gathering and a community.

We are also just two women who genuinely love the people in this community. That part is not designed. That part is just true.

On what the Collective is and isn't

"It's refreshing to be part of a group like this that is not a networking group or a mom's group."

We have heard this more than once. And we want to name it clearly, because it matters.

The FemThrive Collective is for women who are building something: a business, a career, a life that is theirs, and who are done going it alone. It is for women who are high-achieving and still hungry. Who have plenty of surface-level connections and are seeking depth. Who want to be in a room where the standard is high and the welcome is warm and nobody needs to perform anything.

It is not a referral group. It is not a mastermind. It is not a social club or a parent network or a professional association.

It is a room. The one most of us have been quietly wishing existed for years.

Leadership workshop for women

CREATE YOUR LEGACY

A FemThrive Collective and Reverie Leadership Coaching Curated Experience

Legacy isn't someday. It's every day.

Legacy isn't fluff. It's the impact you have on others that outlasts your presence. And it gets created whether you recognize it or not. But in the daily grind, who has time to think about it?

In this intimate brunch, set at the beautiful San Francisco Yacht Club, we'll step away from the grind, slow down, and explore legacy as a leadership strategy. You'll leave with greater clarity on what you want to build and how to start living it now alongside women navigating their own questions of leadership, ambition, and impact.

For women in business and leadership who want to stop drifting and start charting their own course.
